May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognise the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing and breaking the stigma around mental health.

This is also marked by Mental Health Awareness Week (11–17 May) — a key national campaign that encourages open conversations and highlights the importance of mental health in our daily lives.
