Donna Francis

Donna is one of our three South Hams PCN Paramedics who provides duty list assistance for patients presenting with urgent on the day problems.  With the support of the duty teams I am assessing patients, treating and referring to ongoing services.   I am on the First Contact Practitioners course, which is a MSc level which will help consolidate my learning as a previous ambulance paramedic to primary care.
