Claire-Louise Moore

Claire-Louise is one of our three South Hams PCN Paramedics.  Claire-Louise provides duty list assistance for patients presenting with urgent on the day problems.  With the support of the duty teams they are assessing patients, treating and referring to ongoing services.  They are also working towards the ACP (Advanced Care Practitioner) MSc qualification, which will enable them to add that extra skill set to the duty team and the patients they serve.
